What a wonderful human and a wonderful experience. Hard to put into words how much financial, mental and emotional support Nirosh offered us during the mortgage process. Buying at Christmas time meant extra work as we aimed to overcome the slow bank holiday period. Nirosh knew the banks and rates and was very friendly in discussing our possibilities as well as helping us identify our boundaries and ensuring we purchased within them. Nirosh was regularly available -super fast in communication actually - and his support also came in the form of recommendations and anecdotes from his own experiences. If you’re new to buying or making these massive decisions than Nirosh is definitely your guy - ready to “hold your hand” all the way through, explain what needs explaining but also encourage you to only do what you’re comfortable with doing.
I have dealt with few Mortgage brokers last 10 years. Was always a win lose relationship. Their first priority was to maximise their commission not that I get the best rates. Some even couldn't do proper calculations and wasted weeks of my time and came back at the last minute claiming that I have misunderstood the numbers. Nirosh and his team were a totally different experience. Nirosh puts his customer's interest first. His attention to details and makes the complex simple attitude is amazing.
